Served as the main project manager on behalf of Sorainen for the Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum, organized in partnership with the Lithuanian Venture Capital Association and the leading business dailies of all three Baltic states—Verslo Žinios, Äripäev, and Dienas Bizness.
My responsibilities included managing the event programme and speakers, positioning Sorainen as an industry leader within the forum context, and overseeing the full organization of the awards ceremony following the forum.
