Sorainen 30 Anniversary Event

Served as the main project manager for Sorainen’s largest client event to date (~600 attendees). My responsibilities included developing the event’s branding & programme, underlining our positioning and market leadership, planning and executing operations, managing speakers, overseeing attendee registration and communication, and coordinating cross-team efforts across all three Baltic states, including decision-making meetings with the steering committee.

Ensured full alignment with Sorainen’s branding guidelines, delivering a cohesive and impactful experience for attendees.
