Served as the main project manager on behalf of Sorainen for the Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum, organised in partnership with the Lithuanian Venture Capital Association and the leading business dailies of all three Baltic states: Verslo Žinios, Äripäev, and Dienas Bizness.
My main role involved leading the forum’s programme development, speakers coordination, collaboration with external partners, and overseeing the Baltic M&A and Private Equity Awards process, including full management of the awards event.
I also ensured Sorainen’s brand was consistently and effectively represented before, during, and after the Forum, positioning the firm as an industry leader.
